Amber Malloch

 Sara Moraux

Lead Secretary
Sara is one of the first faces you’ll see upon entering the building. Sara joined the Wellness family in 2022 and works as the lead secretary, overseeing the secretaries and medical assistants as well as checking patients in and answering phones. Before coming to All Care, she was in the Army as a patient administrator as well as a medic. She also worked in an ER for 6 years as an emergency room technician. 

Sara, in her free time, loves spending time with my husband and children making memories that will last forever. She loves helping people and it’s always been a true passion of hers. She believes that if she can help someone in one way or another it will make a difference in their life and get them one step closer to their goals. Sara does her best to make at least one person smile a day. Happiness truly is the best medicine.

Fun Facts about Sara: 
  • She loves bowling 
  • She loves singing and dancing (when nobody's watching) 
  • She absolutely loves the rain
  • If Sara could have any super power, she would want to be able to fly so she could get out of traffic

 Susan Rebello

Receptionist/Safety Officer
Sue is the office’s jokester, always trying to put a smile on someone’s face with a love for laughter. Her duties include checking out the patients, handling paperwork and billing. Before joining the All Care family, she was an account receivable but she moved on from accounting to medical care. She likes helping people because she loves seeing people smile. 

In her free time, Sue enjoys reading and crocheting. She loves calming stories about family. Sue is a hardworking and loyal person. She strongly believes in honesty and because of that she can come off as a bit bold. However, she fully believes that it’s best to be outspoken and to the point without being rude. 

Fun Facts about Sue:
  • She jokes around a lot
  • She likes to quilt 
  • If Sue could have any superpower, she would want to have mental strength

Lisa Reid

Medical Assistant/Infection Control Officer
Lisa attended North Shore Community College in Lynn, Massachusetts, she obtained her Associate Degree in Developmental Disorders. She continued her educational pursuit at The Salter School in New Bedford, MA, where she received her Medical Assistant Certificate. While attending Salter School Lisa was able to maintain her dean's list status.

Lisa has been in the health industry since 1985. She began her employment providing services for the Developmentally Delayed clients in a group home setting.

After completing her internship at All Care, Lisa was offered full time employment as a Medical Assistant. Her task includes; performing vital signs, obtaining urine toxicology screens, and assisting in collecting data for metabolic screens. 

She is also responsible for managing the genetic testing request from the providers, she performs point-of-care testing for diagnostic tests, and collects other specimens for diagnostic testing. Lastly, Lisa is responsible for the arrangement of diagnostic tests as they are needed and instructs patients and/or family for the preparation.

Lisa is an intelligent, capable, dedicated, and personable young woman. She’s always ready to lend a helping hand to her coworkers. She is hard-working, thoughtful, and is a charismatic woman who always strives for self improvement and personal growth. 

She achieves this by always taking the extra mile to help others in need. She dedicates her time and knowledge to assist each client that comes into our practice. Lisa comes to work with a smile on her face daily. We are so fortunate to have Lisa be a part of the All Care team.

Fun Facts about Lisa:
  • She loves to crochet, and do small arts and crafts.
  • She is an active sorority sister in Zeta Phi Beta at Maryland University.
  • Age she’d like to stay forever: 30
  • Aspiring talent: the ability to draw
  • If she could be any animal she would be a Brown Bear symbolizing strength and confidence.

Mary Spurrier 

Medical Receptionist 
Mary is one of the first faces you’ll see when entering the office, and she tries to create a calm and happy environment whenever a patient comes up to reception. Mary helps with the daily patient check-in process, does patient vitals, collects copayments, etc. before joining the Wellness family, she worked on a lavender farm and in the serving industry. Currently, along with working here, she is enrolled in school for criminal justice.

Mary says the best part of her job is being able to help people who need it. It’s a very rewarding job to help people have better days and have the best quality of life we can assist in providing. She strongly believes in the idea that everyone has the ability to start over and have the kind of life they want. She also believes that we are all equal and everyone needs help sometimes. In her free time, Mary focuses on school to further her career in this field. Along with that, she spends as much time as she can with her dog outside, rain or shine. 

Fun Facts about Mary:
  • She loves any and all types of food except for lettuce
  • She can type over 100 words a minute,
  • She is a fabulous swimmer!
  • If she could have any superpower, it would be to understand any and all languages

Jessica Gomes

Hiring Specialist

Jessica is one of the lovely faces in the home health aide part of the office. Jessica oversees all of the hiring stages from sourcing to onboarding and works with human resources and management to forecast staffing needs and issue monthly training courses. She also handles the follow-up with employees to conduct 90-day performance evaluations and yearly reviews. The list goes on and on. She has been doing this kind of work for over 15 years, and before becoming a part of the All Care family, she worked as a Payroll Administrator/Human Resource for a produce company for 15 years. She handled all of the payroll and human resource needs for 700+ employees including 3 staffing agencies.


She likes to help people because it feels good to be able to help people get jobs and move toward a rewarding career in the healthcare field. In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her two kids. She also very much likes painting as it gives her a sense of relaxation. She is a funny, easy going, down to earth person who is always willing to lend a helping hand and she strongly believes not needing to be the best as long as she knows she is doing the best that she can. 


Fun Facts about Jessica: 

  • Her dream vacation would be to the Maldives Islands in South Asia
  • She has swam with the dolphins and stingrays
  • She rode a camel while in Jamaica
  • She absolutely loves ice cream!
  • If Jessica could have any super power, she would want the power to teleport because she has family in Germany, Texas, Louisiana, Florida, California, Arizona, and North Carolina so she would love to be able to teleport herself to see them whenever she wanted too!
