Schree A. Pettigrew-Hughes, APRN-BC - Chief Executive Officer
Schree is the founder of All Care Wellness Institute and is known as the company’s compassionate leader, with a dedication to care for those in need. Schree’s career in nursing began in 1998 when she started out as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Now, she is an experienced nurse practitioner with two decades of service in various psychiatric settings. Ms. Pettigrew earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, as well as her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts. Schree’s intelligence and dedication is shown by her position as class president during nursing school, as well as her status as the recipient of the Sylvia Sylinski Academic Scholarship and the LPMNI Scholarship. In 2010, she was inducted into the National Honor Society of Nursing Sigma Theta Tau, and she still holds ties to her alma mater, Regis College, as she has committed her time as a preceptor.
About ten years ago, Schree took her strong background in community health nursing and specialization in mental health disorders and founded All Care Wellness Institute. The company’s humble beginnings have led over time to a prosperous business that has expanded to three different locations; Stoughton, New Bedford, and Plymouth. Schree’s primary focus is to mitigate mental health disparities specific to the underserved population of Southeastern Massachusetts. As she values a holistic and collaborative approach to patient care, she strives to deliver high-quality, comprehensive mental health care to each patient that walks through the door. Schree focuses on counseling, psychopharmacology assessment, and management of disease process. Beyond her responsibilities as a provider, Schree is also responsible for high-level administrative duties, such as; budgeting, overseeing the management of supportive staff, case conferencing with the treatment team, and identifying and managing high-risk patients.
Without a doubt, Schree is qualified beyond her aforementioned certifications. She is a member of the New England Black Nurses Association, and received an accolade from them for Excellence in Nursing. She also is a certified CPR instructor by the American Heart Association, and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Since 2014, she has been on the Board of Directors for PAACA (Positive Action Against Chemical Addiction Corporation). To top it all off, she is the mother of two daughters, which has led her to be a Girl Scout leader and active member of her local community. Schree has a passion for volunteerism, which has led All Care to participate in the “Point in Time” annual homelessness count for New Bedford, as well as many other charitable events. Schree also donated her time at the Donovan House, a Catholic Social Service domestic violence shelter.
With the little free time she has, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters while vacationing on Cape Cod.

Margaret R. Brown, MS, PMHCNS - BC
Margaret Brown received both of her nursing degrees from Northeastern University College of Nursing. She acquired a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 1975, and a Master's of Science Degree in Nursing from the Graduate School in 1994. Ms. Brown joined the All Care team in 2010 and sees patients at our Stoughton and New Bedford practice sites.
Ms. Brown is passionate about the care she provides to her patients, and has put her focus in caring for the medically underserved populations for the last four decades. She previously worked in a community health center setting at Mass Mental Health Center until her retirement in 2015.
Margaret leads with a natural, kindred, and nurturing spirit. Margaret is the matriarch of our practice and provides consistent care extending even to the patients' home if needed. She has a special interest in working with patients with Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, and Substance Use Disorder, and is certified to prescribe clozapine. Margaret provides high-quality, coordinated care for all of our patients.
Outside of work, Margaret is a leader within the community as a member of the Advisory Board of the Hawthorne Youth and Community, a member of her Church Health Ministry, and the former President of the New England Black Nurses Associate (NERBNA) for 12 years. She’s previously held positions in the organization as Vice President, Board Member, and Secretary. Margaret has been affiliated with the NERBNA, Inc. for over 45 years.
She has also held national placement with the National Black Nurse Association, Inc. (NBNA) as a former 2nd Vice President, Board Member, and was the Nominating Committee Chair. She has been a featured conference speaker and moderator for the National Black Nurse Association, Inc. on multiple occasions.
Ms. Brown has been a panelist and a student advisor for Biomedical Science Careers Student Conference, (BSCP) of Harvard Meidcal School. She’s a current preceptor for Regis College and Chamberlain College. She functions as a mentor in the Dotson Bridge and Mentoring Program at Simmons College, School of Nursing and Health Sciences. Ms. Brown is an adjunct faculty for Simmons College, and previously held a position as adjunctive faculty of Harvard Medical School in the the Psychiatry Department.
She is the recipient of many awards such as, Who’s Who in America, the Mary Malone Pursuit of Excellence Award, the Mary Eliza Mahoney Award, and many others. We appreciate her dedication and are extremely fortunate to have Ms. Brown who brings her wealth of knowledge and clinical expertise to our patients and staff.

Melissa Sullivan, MSW
Melissa graduated from the University of Kansas and also received her master's degree in social work from Catholic University of America in 1993. Melissa joined All Care's team in 2016 as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She provides individual psychotherapy to the patients of the clinic.
Melissa is passionate about her family, traveling, and her career, with experience in the healthcare industry for the past 23 years as a nursing home social worker. Melissa also has experience in leadership roles, serving as the Director of Social Work for a nursing home in Couit, Massachusetts for seven years. Currently, Melissa is pursuing her license to become a Certified Alcoholism Counselor (CAC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) at Trundy's Institute.
Melissa is kind, compassionate, and one of the most caring people that has walked through the doors of All Care. Our patients have benefited vastly from her care. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys scrapbooking, and making jewelry.

Sonya Garba, APN - BC
Sonya received her master's degree as a nurse practitioner from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. Sonya is an adult nurse practitioner who specializes in substance use disorder, anxiety, ADD, depression, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Sonya also recommends the necessary preventative health screens for our at-risk clients. With Sonya's knowledge, she combines her medical background and her psychiatric experience to allow a holistic approach with each patient. Sonya has been in the health industry for over 10 years and is passionate about facilitating care.

She likes to go to the beach, and appreciates nature.
One food she could eat every day would be homemade lasagna.
Her favorite superpower is the ability to read minds.
Her dream vacation would include a deserted island where she can unplug from the world and sip on a cocktail.

Dr. Clare Katuramu, DNP, PMH - BC
Clare received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She has a master's in public health degree in Maternal and Child Health from Boston University. Clare earned her BSN from Framingham State College, and has a BS from Bridgewater State University. Clare joinged All Care as a psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner, and has been in the mental health industry for 20 plus years.
Clare's level of expertise is admirable, and her most important personal attribute is her patience. Clare has achieved a lot through her journey in care. In 2013, she was a contributor to textbook chapters in Nursing Interventions Classifications (December 2013). She also has served as program chair for the Medical Career Center in Waltham, Massachusetts, and has lead a teaching faculty position at Roxbury Community College of Nursing.

Debra Rodrigues, LADAC
Debra received her Bachelor’s degree from Becker College in 2011, and is currently attending Rhode Island College to obtain her Master’s Degree in Social Work. She has been in the Human Service field for over 20 years and has a history of employment as a supervisor at the Department of Child and Family in Providence, Rhode Island.
Debra joined All Care in December of 2018, and has been focusing her compassion into providing the best possible treatment to her patients.
In her free time, Debra spends what she can with her two adult children and her granddaughter. Otherwise, you can find her shopping and listening to music.

If she could have a super power, she'd want it to be the ability to eat as many sweets as she wants and not gain any weight.
Her favorite animal is dogs.
Ekaterina Filatov, APRN - BC
Ekaterina is originally from Russia and came to the U.S. in 2005 to further pursue her education. She initially attended Curry College for her BSN before getting her Master's degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from Regis College. During her clinical training, she interned at All Care Wellness and has been with us since 2015. With a total decade of experience in the field, Ekaterina is now one of our licensed providers, and is committed to the compassionate care we strive for at All Care.
She currently joins us at our Plymouth location, and continues treating her clients with her considerable empathy and kindness at the forefront of every interaction.

Nancy Robinson, RN
Nancy has been part of All Care Wellness since 2016, and has over 15 years of experience in the nursing field. She earned her Associate’s Degree in nursing from Lasell College and her Master’s in Natural Science from Clayton College. Initially, she found a passion in helping with the care of children with disabilities, and continued in that work for 20 years. It’s only more recently that she shifted to treating adults with mental illness and intellectual handicaps. Over the years, she has always put her focus in the holistic approach to treatment and care. As a certified reiki master, her approach is more about the wellbeing of the entire patient, rather than only some aspects of their lives.
Nancy’s generous and nurturing spirit is reflected in the way she spends her free time; volunteering not only for the food pantry (especially after natural disasters, such as Hurricane Irma) but she also acts as a foster home for dogs rescued from the illegal meat trade.
Fun Facts about Nancy:
She is quite well travelled, and has been to Camodia, Thailand, Austria, Croatia, Bosnia, and more.
Given the chance to vacation anywhere, her choice would be to explore the United States national parks.
Her favorite food is Italian, with anything and everything for dessert
