Schree A. Pettigrew, APRN-BC, Chief Executive Officer
Schree is the founder of All Care Wellness Institute and is known as the company’s compassionate leader with a dedication to care for those in need. Schree’s career in nursing began in 1998 when she started out as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Now, she is an experienced nurse practitioner with more than 18 years of service in various psychiatric settings. Ms. Pettigrew earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, as well as her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts. Schree’s intelligence and dedication is shown by her position as class president during nursing school, as well as her status as the recipient of the Sylvia Sylinski Academic Scholarship and the LPMNI Scholarship. In 2010, she was inducted into the National Honor Society of Nursing Sigma Theta Tau, and she still holds ties to her alma mater, Regis College, as she has committed her time as a preceptor.
Almost ten years ago, Schree took her strong background in community health nursing and specialization in mental health disorders and founded All Care Wellness Institute. The company’s humble beginnings have led to a prosperous business that has expanded to three different locations, Stoughton, New Bedford, and Plymouth. Schree’s primary focus is to mitigate mental health disparities specific to the underserved population of Southeastern Massachusetts. As she values a holistic and collaborative approach to patient care, she strives to deliver high-quality, comprehensive mental health care to each patient that walks through the door. Schree focusses on counseling, psychopharmacology assessment, and management of disease process. Beyond her responsibilities as a provider, Schree is also responsible for high-level administrative duties, such as, budgeting, overseeing the management of supportive staff, case conferencing with the treatment team, and identifying and managing high-risk patients.
Without a doubt, Schree is qualified beyond her aforementioned certifications. She is a member of the New England Black Nurses Association, as well as a certified CPR instructor by the American Heart Association. She is also a board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Since 2014, she has been on the Board of Directors for PAACA (Positive Action Against Chemical Addiction Corporation). To top it all off, she is the mother of two daughters, which has led her to be a Girl Scout leader and avid member of her local community. Schree also has a passionate for volunteerism, which has led All Care to participate in the “Point in Time” annual homelessness count for New Bedford, as well as many other charitable events. Schree also volunteered her time at the Donovan House, a Catholic Social Service domestic violence shelter. With the little free time she has, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters while vacationing on Cape Cod.

Margaret R. Brown, MS, PMHCNS - BC
Margaret Brown received both of her nursing degrees from Northeastern University College of Nursing. She acquired a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 1975, and a Master's of Science Degree in Nursing from the Graduate School in 1994. Ms. Brown joined the All Care team in 2010 and sees patients at our Stoughton and New Bedford practice sites.
Ms. Brown is passionate about the care she provides to her patients. She has been caring for the medically underserved populations for the last four decades. She also worked in a community health center setting at Mass Mental Health Center until her retirement in 2015.
Margaret leads with a natural, kindred, and nurturing spirit. Margaret is the matriarch of our practice and provides consistent care extending to the patients' home if needed. She has a special interest in working with patients with Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, and Substance Use Disorder. Margaret provides high-quality, coordinated care for all of our patients.
Outside of work, Margaret is a leader within the community as she is a member of the Advisory Board of the Hawthorne Youth and Community, a member of her Church Health Ministry, and the former President of the New England Black Nurses Associate (NERBNA) for 12 years. She’s previously held positions in the organization as Vice President, Board Member, and Secretary. Margaret has been affiliated with the NERBNA, Inc. for 45 years.
She has also held national placement with the National Black Nurse Association, Inc. (NBNA) as a former 2nd Vice President, Board Member, and was the Nominating Committee Chair. She has been a featured conference speaker and moderator for the National Black Nurse Association, Inc. on multiple occasions.
Ms. Brown has been a panelist and a student advisor for Biomedical Science Careers Student Conference, (BSCP) of Harvard Meidcal School. She’s a current preceptor for Regis College and Chamberlain College. She functions as a mentor in the Dotson Bridge and Mentoring Program at Simmons College, School of Nursing and Health Sciences. Ms. Brown is an adjunct faculty for Simmons College, and previously held a position as adjunctive faculty of Harvard Medical School in the the Psychiatry Department.
She is the recipient of many awards such as, Who’s Who in America, the Mary Malone Pursuit of Excellence Award, the Mary Eliza Mahoney Award, and many others. We appreciate her dedication and are extremely fortunate to have Ms. Brown who brings her wealth of knowledge and clinical expertise to our patients and staff.

Melissa graduated from the University of Kansas and also received her master's degree in social work from Catholic University of America in 1993. Melissa joined All Care's team in 2016 as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She provides individual psychotherapy to the patients of the clinic.
Melissa is passionate about her family, traveling, and her career, with experience in the healthcare industry for the past 23 years as a nursing home social worker. Melissa also has experience in leadership roles, serving as the Director of Social Work for a nursing home in Couit, Massachusetts for seven years. Currently, Melissa is pursuing her license to become a Certified Alcoholism Counselor (CAC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) at Trundy's Institute.
Melissa is kind, compassionate, and one of the most caring people that has walked through the doors of All Care. Our patients have benefited vastly from her care. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys scrapbooking, and making jewelry.

Sonya Garba, APN - BC
Sonya received her master's degree as an adult nurse practitioner from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. Sonya is an adult nurse practitioner who specializes in substance use disorder, anxiety, ADD depression, bipolar and schizophrenia. Sonya also recommends the necessary preventative health screens for our at-risk clients. With Sonya's knowledge, she combines her medical background and her psychiatric experience to allow a holistic approach with each patient. Sonya has been in the health industry for 10 years and is passionate about facilitating care.

John is one of the newest members on our team and is a recent graduate from Regis College in Boston, Massachusetts. At Regis, he obtained his graduate degree as an adult psychiatric nurse practitioner. John has 15 years of experience in the health care industry and started off as a certified nurse assistant before becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse.
At All Care, John first was employed as an intern before becoming one of our providers. John offers therapy, treats substance abuse victims, and helps treat those who suffer from mental health illness. John has been at All Care for just over a year and brings a calm, peaceful presence to our mental health clinic. Outside of work John is a father to four kids and enjoys watching and playing basketball.

John's favorite place to travel is Nigeria from which he's from.

Marian Lord (Peg)
Peg went to undergrad school at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. Switching her profession interests, she then achieved her master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College in 1991. Refusing to stop there, Peg went on to achieve her doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Breyer State University, completing her degree in 2003.
Peg’s patience and career path change from music to psychology was influenced by her 30 plus years' experience in recovery. With another 30 years of experience in the field of substance abuse and mental health, Peg joined our team in 2016 as an addiction recovery specialist. Peg is committed to providing a high level of care to her clients. She truly can connect with her clients because she is skilled in forming a therapeutic relationship. Peg has been a gift to our recovery community and is a member of the Massachusetts Organization for Addiction and Recovery.
Dianne Aubrey, APRN
Dianne graduated from Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts and is an advanced practice registered nurse. With 40 years of experience, she has background in primary care, adult medicine, and collaborates with physicians daily. Dianne provides Christian-based treatment approaches, and is one of the newest members on our team. She brings a calm, peaceful energy to her consultations. Dianne’s greatest strength is her compassion which she exhilarates through her practice. Outside of work, Dianne enjoys participating in community outreach programs assisting those in need. Her most recent, caring for our veterans, the most vulnerable population. We are so grateful to have her join our treatment team.

Dr. Clare Katuramu, DNP, PMH - BC
Clare received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She has a master's in public health degree in Maternal and Child Health from Boston University. Clare earned her BSN from Framingham State College, and has a BS from Bridgewater State University. As a psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner at All Care Homecare, Clare has been in the mental health industry for 20 plus years.
Clare's level of expertise is very admirable and her most important personal attribute is her patience. Clare has achieved a lot through her journey in care. In 2013, she was a contributor to textbook chapters in Nursing Interventions Classifications (December 2013). She also has served as program chair for the Medical Career Center in Waltham, Massachusetts, and has lead a teaching faculty position at Roxbury Community College of Nursing.
