Meet Our Front Office Staff

Receptionist & Insurance Coordinator

 

Tessa Borges

 

Tessa has been a part of the All Care team since the company’s early origins. She started her career with us as a Personal Care Attendant and then transitioned into our essential office staff. Tessa has been an instrumental part of our team, and her bilingual capability has further helped our company communicate effectively. She is fluent in Portuguese, which is critical when we are caring for Non-English speaking patients.

 

Tessa possesses a calm, and soothing energy, even during high-tension situations in the mental health clinic. At All Care, Tessa is responsible for greeting, welcoming, and directing all patients appropriately at the New Bedford site. She also functions as the primary receptionist and her  duties include, patient check-ins, scheduling appointments, registering new clients, gathering current patient demographics, collecting insurance information, verifying eligibility of health coverage, as well as many other crucial tasks.

 

Outside of work, Tessa has a passion for soccer, which she started playing when she was nine years old. She continues to play today and also coaches her son's soccer team. Tessa enjoys being an active mom.

Receptionist & Medical Records Specialist

 

Melanie Urban

 

Melanie achieved her associate degree for Administrative Assistant from Bristol Community College and has been in the healthcare industry for 25 years intermittently. Melanie joined the All Care team in 2017 as the Intake Coordinator for our mental health clinic New Bedford site. Her role is crucial in collecting data for patients in the community.

 

Within her daily role, Melanie is responsible for getting patients connected to the most appropriate provider in the practice in a timely manner. Melanie brings a positive vibe and is an empathetic listener working with our most vulnerable patients. We are excited to have Melanie as a part of our All Care family. Melanie is a mom to three loving boys and outside of work enjoys shopping and watching reality television.

 

Fun facts about Melanie:

  • If she could be any animal, she would be reality T.V. star Lisa Vanderpump’s dog.

  • Dream Vacation: Fiji

  • An aspiring talent: the ability to sing

  • Favorite TV Show: RuPaul’s Drag Race  

  • One food she could eat every day is sea salt caramel gelato.

 

 

Administrative Assistant  

 

Amber Malloch

 

Amber attended school at Bristol Community College before becoming a member of All Care’s team as a home health aide. She transitioned to office staff working at both New Bedford and Stoughton location sites after working in the field for 12 months. Amber’s primary function is to answer all incoming calls for the mental health clinic.

Her kind, and gentle nature, along with her genuine personality has been a great asset to our team. Amber is also responsible for managing our Vivitrol Program. Amber is a great representative and provides a compassionate and friendly voice for all our consumers when they call our office.

 

Outside of work, Amber is a mom to her toddler son. She loves spending time with him and discovering each new stage, while he begins learning new things.  

 

Fun Facts about Amber:

  • She likes to go camping

  • If she had to eat the same thing every day she would choose watermelon.

  • If Amber could travel anywhere she would travel to Bermuda

  • Amber’s guilty pleasure is mint chocolate ice cream

  • If she could possess any talent in this world she would like to become a Medium

 

 

Medical Assistant

 

Lisa Reid

 

Lisa attended North Shore Community College in Lynn, Massachusetts, she obtained her Associate Degree in Developmental Disorders. She continued her educational pursuit at The Salter School in New Bedford, MA, where she received her Medical Assistant Certificate. While attending Salter School Lisa was able to maintain her dean's list status.

Lisa has been in the health industry since 1985. She began her employment providing services for the Developmentally Delayed clients in a group home setting.

 

After completing her internship at All Care, Lisa was offered full time employment as a Medical Assistant. Her task includes; performing vital signs, obtaining urine toxicology screens, and assisting in collecting data for metabolic screens. She is also responsible for managing the genetic testing request from the providers, she performs point-of-care testing for diagnostic tests, and collects other specimens for diagnostic testing. Lastly, Lisa is ressponsible for the arrangement of diagnostic tests as needed and instructs patients and/or family for the preparation.

 

Lisa is intelligent, capable, dedicated, and personable young woman. She’s always ready to lend a helping hand to her coworkers. She is hard-working, thoughtful, and is a charismatic woman who always strives for self improvement and personal growth. She achieves this by always taking the extra mile to help others in need. She dedicates her time and knowledge to assist each client that comes into our practice. Lisa comes to work with a smile on her face daily. We are so fortunate to have Lisa be a part of the All Care team.

 

Fun facts about Lisa:

  • She loves to crochet, and do small arts and crafts.

  • She is an active sorority sister in Zeta Phi Beta at Maryland University

  • Age she’d like to stay forever: 30

  • Aspiring talent: the ability to draw

  • If she could be any animal she would be a Brown Bear symbolizing strength and confidence.  

 

 

 

 

Administrative Assistant & Staffing Specialist for GAFC Program

 

Diane Stanish

 

Diane has almost 20 years of experience in the health care industry where she truly was worn many different hats. Prior to working at All Care, she was an Activities Assistant, and later an Activities Director, in a Boston-based nursing home for over 10 years. She was responsible for managing patients' well-being, as she oversaw tasks ranging from sensory stimulation to hospice. Her versatility in experience in health care is clear, as she also was a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for six years and holds a certificate in Medical Billing and Coding from the Salter School.

 

Luckily for us, Diane has joined All Care as an Administrative Assistant, as well as a Staffing Specialist for our GAFC Program. She is an essential part of our team, and her responsibilities range from managing the chaos on walk-in clinic days to assisting in the hiring process for home health aides, as well as helping with our everday clerical duties.

 

Diane is one of our most dedicated, and she has brought her passion for helping others to All Care. She is a Dorchester-native, also known as a "Dot-Rat," and beyond her passion for helping the elderly, she also loves animals and serves as a foster mom for pets.

 

 

Fun Facts about Diane:

  • She loves crafting and has crafted for weddings, graduations, and many more events. If you look around the office, you can see some of her best work.

  • Given her love for animals, she doesn't eat meat (with the exception of seafood).

  • Her guilty pleasure is riding on a Harley Davidson motorcylce. She takes advantage of riding on one any chance she gets.

  • If she could have one superpower, she would choose the power to heal (both mentally and physically).

  • If she could go anywhere in the world, she would travel to Italy. She would appreciate the architecture and culture.

  • Her favorite movie is Platoon. It was also her dad's favorite, as he was a Vietnam veteran.

 

 

 

 

Intake Coordinator and Administrative Assistant

 

Kelly Pimental

 

Kelly has joined our team as an Intake Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. She has over six years of experience in the health care industry, as she attended the Salter School and served as a Medical Assistant. She also has previous experience in managing a toxicology lab.

 

Kelly has an eagerness to learn and has brought her ability to take on a variety of tasks, prioritize accordingly, and produce results efficiently to All Care. She is responsible for new-patient intakes, as well as various insurance related duties. You'll recognize Kelly at the front desk, while taking on her main responsibility of patient check-ins and check-outs.

 

Beyond her integral part in our business, she also is a "supermom" to her ten-year-old son. While she is quite busy, Kelly still finds time for two hobbies that she finds therapeutic and fun--dancing and drawing.

 

Fun Facts about Kelly:

  • If Kelly could pick one food to eat every day, she would choose tacos.

  • Her dream vacation is to Fiji.

  • If she could have one superpower, it would be the ability to teleport.

  • Even though she doesn't eat sweets, her guilty pleasure is french fries.

  • She would love to possess the talent skii or snowboard. (She's tried many times but failed).
