Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Richard Hughes


Rick is crucial to All Care Wellness Institute as he is our co-owner and Chief Operations Officer (COO). Rick oversees all company operations with a major focus on improving the business aspects of health care operations, as well as enhancing the quality of care and the patient experience. More specifically, Rick manages and oversees all financial activities including budgets, accounting practices, audits, and billing. He also assesses and evaluates long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts.


Before joining us, Rick had over 20 years of experience in the communications field specializing in management. His previous work experience in business management equips him to be an integral part of All Care. When he is not working, Rick enjoys watching the New England Patriots, playing golf, and spending time with his family.


Fun Facts about Rick:

  • Rick wears the same Bill Belichick look-a-like sweatshirt as a good luck charm for every Patriots game.

  • He has eyes in the back of his head.

  • He enjoys vacationing on Cape Cod with his wife, two daughters, and dog.

Rebecca Sheridan


Rebecca achieved her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. She has been with All Care Wellness Institute since its origin, and was All Care's third employee. Rebecca oversees all divisions of the company and ensures that all operations run smoothly. As All Care’s primary contact, Rebecca is our company's personal superwoman.


Rebecca focuses on the big-picture tasks by finding ways to diversify the services our growing company needs and provides. Within the practice, Rebecca confirms that All Care adheres to all state, local, and licensure board regulations. As the woman behind the scenes, Rebecca has helped All Care’s vision get off the ground running.


Rebecca is a passionate, determined and persevering leader. She has overcome many adversities within her life including surviving cancer. The same determination that got her through years of treatments and surgeries is the same determination that channels her to further succeed in her professional and personal life. We are so fortunate to have someone as special as Rebecca on our team because she truly enhances our company.


Fun Facts about Rebecca:


  • If Rebecca had a superpower she would want the ability to fly so she “might finally make it somewhere on time”

  • Rebecca’s dream vacation would be a trip to Maldives, a tropical South Asian island country, but despite begging her husband the 22-hour flight seems to get in the way of a “yes.”

  • Rebecca wishes she had the ability to dance – she has two left feet.

  • Rebecca adores her two dogs that she spoils rotten

  • If she could stay one age forever she’d choose age 30 since “it’s all downhill from there”

Lisa Sylvia


Lisa joined All Care Wellness Institute and All Care Homecare as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Lisa has been recruiting for 25+ years and has full-cycle recruiting expertise of entry level to C-level executives. Lisa has experience working with non-profits, hospitals, behavioral health, managed care and skilled nursing and rehabilitation. Lisa also brings her knowledge of employee relations, compensation and benefits administration to All Care.


Fun Facts about Lisa:

  • Lisa lived in the San Francisco Bay Area where she attended Foothill College and majored in Psychology.

  • Lisa is a former membership chair of American Business Women’s Association and former Ambassador for the Cranberry Country Chamber of Commerce.

  • Lisa has 2 children and enjoys spending time with family and friends camping in CT.
